Super easy and super delicious. This is my go-to shrimp marinade. I keep bags of frozen, peeled shrimp in the freezer for quick, weeknight meals. However, this recipe sits extra well on shell on shrimp. Fresh herbs, of course, are a must.
gluten free, dairy free, nut free,
• 1 bag of frozen uncooked peeled or shell on shrimp (approx 20 reg size)
• avocado oil (much higher smoke point than olive oil, important when grilling on high heat)
• fresh oregano & parsley, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• chili flakes
• sea salt
Marinade shrimp for one hour in fridge (rub marinade under shells if using shell on). I’ve also skipped the hour marinade (like tonight) and left it sitting for only 10 minutes or so while I prep other dishes.
Grill on high heat, 2-3 minutes per side.
