This is a super, easy tip to help preserve your fresh herbs. They are wonderful to have on hand but they can spoil quickly if not stored properly.
I could not believe how fresh my organic dill was when I opened it up yesterday morning for a quick flavour boost in my kids’ school lunch bean salad.
Don’t be lazy, it’s super simple and pays off:
• Wet your paper towel.
 • Give it a good squeeze so it’s just damp (not dripping).
 • Lay the bundle of unwashed herbs at one end and roll it until completely covered.
 • Place it in a veggie ziplock bag.
 • Store in fridge in veggie compartment.
Fresh herbs for weeks!
