The first night we transferred the minnows into their new fishbowl.
You'll notice the bowl is actually a bowl. Many traditional fish bowls are round with flat sides at the front and back, and a narrow opening at the top.
This wide opening at the top is much healthier for the fish.
The minnows survived for a good few days in this bug catcher.
