I made this to-go smoothie for my son before heading out the door to take his sister to dance. It’s inspired by a smoothie he had at our ski club this past weekend – full of berries and trail mix. Really quick to prep as it only has 3 ingredients.

This is a great smoothie for those that don’t eat bananas or if you want a smoothie to take you a bit further since it contains my protein and omega 3 dense granola. I used my homemade nutfree vanilla granola (I will post it soon) but of course, you can use any granola.

ski club smoothie

• 1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
• frozen blueberries, strawberries & raspberries (approx 2 cups)
• 1/3 c granola

• optional: add up to tbsp flax oil and vital proteins flavourless collagen protein powder scoop
(I added these two ingredients to this smoothie this morning and it was amazing.)

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend. I use a vitamix blender and I’m still left with the odd chunk, so I do not recommend a regular blender for this smoothie.
